THE CRUSHER is a versatile, highly-mobile attachment that consists of a patented cutter drum and housing, and an auxiliary power unit, dedicated entirely to driving the cutter head, and mounts on the rear of the loader.

SITE PREPARATION AND EXCAVATION
With the Crusher’s ability to process rocky soil, grind rocks and remove roots and stumps, it is the perfect addition to any site preparation team.  Contractors across North America are also using the Crusher to aid in road stabilization so that heavy equipment used for excavation and site preparation can reach the job safely.  Currently our Crusher’s are working in granite, limestone, cobble, shale, basalt, coral and sandstone.

CONCRETE: RECYCLING AND RECLAMATION

MINING AND QUARRY OPERATORS throughout North America use the Crusher to process dolomite, gypsum, limestone, coal, salt. In addition, operators are able to maintain haul roads in quarries by removing rock overburden that reduces wear and extends the life of tires on haul trucks.

THE CRUSHER is being utilized to smooth and refurbish hundreds of miles of rocky roads working for the U.S. Forestry Service.  A study conducted by the U.S. Forestry Service found that the Crusher reduced the cost of refurbishing roads by as much as 75%.  The Crusher provides a safe alternative to blasting and also reduces excessive fuel emissions by eliminating the need of different types of machinery.
